  • Yes. Charcuterie cart events require either a minimum guest count or a minimum event spend, depending on the service selected. This ensures proper staffing, sourcing, and presentation. Minimums vary by event type and date.

  • Yes. Locally sourced ingredients are available as an upgrade or as part of select packages when seasonally available. This may include Texas-made cheeses, locally produced accompaniments, and seasonal fruit. Availability varies by season and event details.

  • We can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free preferences with advance notice. While we take care to provide appropriate options, all items are prepared in a shared environment.

  • Charcuterie cart bookings include a set service window, typically two hours. Additional service time can be added for an hourly fee. Setup and breakdown are handled by our team and do not count toward service time.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and peak seasons. Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and are only secured once a deposit is received.

  • To reserve your date, a signed agreement and non-refundable deposit are required. The remaining balance is due prior to the event. All booking, contracts, and payments are handled through our client portal for a smooth experience.

  • Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within a certain window prior to the event may be subject to additional charges, as ingredients and staffing are secured in advance. Full policy details are outlined in your booking agreement.

  • Serving vessels are included for the cart experience. Disposable plates, napkins, and utensils can be added as an upgrade, depending on your event needs.

    We offer engraved boards as an upgrade. These premium boards are crafted from sustainably sourced hardwood, laser-engraved with precise, lasting detail. They’re finished with a natural food-safe oil to enhance the grain and protect the surface.   • Yes, outdoor setups are possible as long as weather conditions allow for safe food service. A shaded, level area is required. In cases of extreme weather, alternative arrangements may be discussed.
